so my february was undoubtedly shook in ways I couldn’t have expected — I was looking forward to another gentle month with my people, just easing into the year as I did in January. #longpost

I wish I could say this last year has been any different but truthfully it hasn’t.

Still so thankful for my village for coming through HEAVY. 🙏🏾

At times, I’ve wondered why God placed me in certain unclear areas of my career and now it’s starting to all make some sense. He just knew my drive for knowledge, the exposure to life happening undoubtedly in front of your eyes would help me to later cope personally in a multitude of ways. And for that I’m so grateful to still be so deep in women’s health.

So as I look back through my #februarydump at all the sweet moments; just going about our days, enjoying our here and there, bustling here and there and then moving different with information you hoped to never hear again—— I hope to keep extending grace in all the crevices of my life as the regrouping begins and who knows maybe I’ll start sharing more again. There’s healing in community & sisterhood for sure. 🫶🏾

here’s to hoping March and 2023 have “better days ahead” as my dad likes to say and honestly I’ll even take the better quarter days for us. Though I cry and laugh within the same hour, I know it’s all a part of the process and working through the kinks.
