Summer is officially here – Happy July loves! Your girl is officially +1 year older and recovering, but that’s for another post! Hope your summers are that much and more because I heard we OUTSIDE! No matter the change in season, we keep affirming ourselves and pushing onward around here!
So for July, here are a few of mine:
- There is safety in my boundaries.
- I am continuously growing, healing and learning and there’s no arrival point. It’s a continuous journey, gentle heart.
- I deserve respect and kindness even in disagreements.
- I am worthy of joyous moments and loving, intimate moments.
- “Rome wasn’t built in day and neither was I!”
